Login

 

An authorized person noted as Admin is regraded as the only way to access the Log In with the sales management system. There is a set of Log In ID and password that will help an individual to open the system module and sub modules for sales management team.

Dashboard

 

In SSMS (SALES MANAGEMENT SYSTEM) maintains two types of dashboards.

  • 1. Dashboard.
  • 2. Employee Dashboard.

 

Employee Dashboard

It gives Target (%), Goal Achieved (%), All Opportunities, New opportunities, Invoiced Amount, Collected Amount, Due Amount of users. The employee dashboard can be viewed by normal user as well as admin also. The Admin can see Target, Goal achieved, opportunities, due of any user on the basis of month-wise or year-wise, but the normal user who have logged in can see only his/her targets/goals etc.

Opportunity Dashboard

List of opportunity name, account name, account display id, opportunity amount of all the users. Here users can enter Notes for opportunity, can enter or modify new attachment and view the existing opportunities. User also can modify/view record as per requirement.

User Menu Permission

Add Designation

The Authorized users can enter Designation i.e. CEO, Vice President etc. They can also modify Designation.

Path: Login - DashBoard - UserDetails In User Details admin can assign menu permissions of each user. As per menu permission the user can access the respective pages in the system. Thereafter admin can set business target / lead target to the users. Default Designation is CEO (Admin) and no target can be assign to admin and he will be the root in the user hierarchy.

Account Details

All the Account Information can be enter, modify and display from dashboard for one Account. Admin can see all Account entered by users, but other users like Creator or Assigned User can see their records only.

Add Exchange Rate

Users can insert, update Exchange Rate from one Currency type to another type yearly.

Add Call Log

Users can Add, Modify the Type of Call Log like Call received from client ,Call to client, Urgent Call etc.

Add Lead Source

Users can Add, Modify the Lead Source.

Add Lead Status

Users can Add, Modify the Lead Status.

Add Bidding Site

Users can Add, Modify the Bidding Sites.

Add Industry

Users can Add, Modify the Industries.

Add Calender Title

Master Entry for different types of subjects like Conference Call, Discussion , Expo, Reminder, Meeting etc. Users can Add, Modify the Calender Title.

Transaction Entry

Path: Login - Transactions - Contact - Contact Dashboard

Contact Dashboard

List of contact name, email,contact no. of all the users. Here users can enter Notes for contacts, can set calender notes like when or where to for conference call, meeting, reminder etc. User also can modify record as per requirement.

Attachment

The user can Upload Files related to Opportunities entered.

Contact Notes

The user can enter Notes related to Contact details entered.

Contact Calender Notes

The user can enter Calender Notes related to Contact entered.

Milestone Details

All the Milestone Information can be entered, modified and displayed from dashboard for one Milestone. Admin can see all Milestone entered by users, but other users like Creator or Assigned User can see their records only. Work-Order status, that is whether the work is already done or not is displayed in dashboard itself.

Leads Details Entry

All the Lead Information can be entered, modified and displayed from dashboard for one Contact. Admin can see all leads entered by users, but other users like lead Creator or Assigned User can only see their own records. Also Admin can set the Lead Owner User and can change if required, but normal users cannot assign other users as Lead Owner they can only display or modify their records only.

Lead Notes

The user can enter Notes related to Leads entered.

Lead Attachment

The user can Upload Files related to Leads entered.

Lead Calender Notes

The user can enter Calender Notes related to Leads entered, like any conference call, any reminder or any meeting etc.

Dashboard

The User Dashboard lists all the users name, email etc. The admin can add or remove the Page access permissions of a user also he can assign business target to the authorized users.

Opportunity Details Entry

All the Opportunity Information can be enter, modify and display from dashboard for one Opportunity. Admin can see all opportunities entered by users, but other users like Creator or Assigned User can see their records only. Also Admin can set the Owner User and can change if required., but normal users cannot assign other users as Owner they can only display, modify their records only.

Contact Details Entry

Path: Login - Transactions - Contact - Contact Dashboard - Add New Contact All the Contact Information can be entered, modified and displayed from dashboard. Admin can see all contacts entered by users, but other users like Contact Creator or Assigned User can only see their own records. Also, Admin can set the Contact Owner User and can change if required, but normal users cannot assign other users as Contact Owner they can only display, modify/view their records.

Add Currency

The users can insert or modify the Currency Types like USD($), INR.(₹ ) etc. they can also list all the currency types.

Milestone Details Entry

All the Milestone Information can be entered, modified and displayed from dashboard for one Milestone.

Purchase Order

All the Purchase Order Information can be entered, modified and displayed from dashboard for each Purchase Order. PO Status i.e. Invoice already made from Purchase Order can be known by Purchase Order Status.

Purchase Order Entry

After selecting an opportunity from the list the corresponding account name is displayed and Bill details or Client details as well as total milestone amount after tax deduction or discount adjustment will also be displayed.
